Making the concept a reality
This stage takes your ideas and prepares a detailed feasibility study of the project; this includes layout, indicative costs, timescales, quantities and if necessary ensures the design is a viable proposition. This initial blueprint will then allow for a more thorough evaluation of the project by the client and also provide the information necessary to start planning permission or the hunt for funding.
It is during this stage that changes to the concept can be made until all parties concerned are happy with the final design.
