I have organised and supervised several big budget, big contractor builds; as your representative on the build I make sure the contractor is competent to undertake the work and that the design we have finalized through the consultancy phase is realized on the ground. I can help guide you through the maze of CDM regulations, HSE requirements, risk assessments and because of my involvement through the build sign off the trail as "fit for purpose".
