A detailed design for your new trail

Once the design is agreed on, a build specification is produced; this details exact meterages, build requirements, mapping, drawings and indicative prices for a Bill of Quantity. The Bill of Quantity is the document that will allow contractors to price the project during the tender phase; in addition the more detailed design plan can help to answer any queries from planners.

Submission to the required bodies

You might need advice on planning, local authorities, conservation groups, National Park regulations or local weather variations - it's at this stage where all this information needs to be brought together. Depending on your project it can run to quite a weighty document, but that's why you let me guide you through the process instead of trying to do it yourself.
